Room was small, but the warm jacuzzi was refreshing after skiing.

The location is prime, with shops and ski rentals just moments away, enhancing the convenience of the stay. The breakfast options were delightful, featuring traditional Irish pancakes that added a lovely touch. the limited parking directly in front of the hotel can be a hassle, and some areas could use a bit more maintenance. while the cleanliness was commendable, a few rooms exhibited signs of wear that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The location near the village made it easy to step out for a stroll. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and various cheeses, which set a nice tone for the day. We also appreciated the afternoon cakes around 4 PM. My family loved the pool area, with the hot tub being a highlight after a long day on the slopes. The free drinks throughout the day were a nice bonus, especially sipping something warm while enjoying the stunning views from the terrace. The staff were welcoming, and it felt like home when exploring board games together in the lounge. The family room, however, felt a bit cramped, making it hard to navigate with our ski gear. We faced occasional issues with the dining experience. while the breakfast was lovely, dinner lacked vegetarian options, and the buffet had some inconsistent quality. During peak hours, the spa area seemed too crowded to fully enjoy.

good dining but cramped room
The food exceeded my expectations, with a range of tasty options that made each meal enjoyable! Drinks were available all day, which added a nice touch to relaxation after skiing. I appreciated the sunny restaurant balcony. it was perfect for unwinding with afternoon drinks while admiring the impressive views.
The room felt cramped, which made moving around a bit awkward.

The breakfast was a real feast, with fresh bread rolls, a variety of cheeses, and enough hot and cold options to keep any foodie dancing. We also loved the bar – those views with complimentary snacks were ace! Plus, the game's room kept the family entertained for hours.
Can't lie, the ski lift felt a bit far at 10 minutes with skis, and good luck finding parking – public lots hit €33 a day! Still, the vibrant atmosphere and daily cakes made up for it.

missingWrote a review on Feb 21cramped rooms
Room sizes felt cramped, especially for families, with the layout often leading to awkward movements around furniture and limited storage. Some noise from late-night activities outside could disrupt sleep, while the spa area, although nice, struggled with overcrowding during peak times and left little room for relaxation. the children's food options were quite limited, which might not cater well to fussy eaters. The common areas could use some updates, as facilities such as the sauna showed wear and required repairs.
